Free Delivery Items
Certain smaller items are eligible for free delivery. These items will be clearly marked, just look for the logo. They can also be found in the Free Delivery product tag group.
If free delivery items are purchased with an item that does incur a delivery charge, no additional cost will be applied.
For items that incur shipping costs, the cost will be calculated at checkout. I use a series of flat rates ensuring that you’re not overpaying for delivery.
I always aim for 100% satisfaction. If there are any issues with your order, please contact me as soon as you are able to, and I will endeavour to put things right as quickly as I can.
Items that are not as described, are damaged in transit, or are received in error, can be returned for a full refund and I will cover the cost of the postage (Royal Mail 2nd Class only.)
Items that are no longer required may be returned up to 14 days from receipt (as long as they’re not exempt from returns), and you will be liable for the cost of returning the item safely.
Certain items cannot be returned unless they are not as described, have been damaged in transit, or were received in error. This covers any items that have been customised or made to order.
